So,my brothers came over to visit this evening.  Not so newsworthy unless you consider the 80 mile trip they made to come for a quick visit.  We're always happy to see them.  They drive me up the fucking wall, but we're always happy to see them.

I forget how loud my family is till I'm around them.  I swear, the only time they were quiet all evening is when I turned the video camera on them so that they could send a video message to my son who is in the Army.  Not irritating at ALL.

Then, just when I'm thinking I'll have to kill them if they don't go home so that I can get the baby calmed down and ready for bed and myself back to my beloved routine (involves Tivo and coffee),they decide to leave.  The bastards. I might be a bit conflicted. Love em.  Want to see em.  Want them to leave.  Want them to stay. Want them to shut the fuck up. Want them to talk and make me laugh.   I'm posting this in the hopes that I am not the only one who feels this way about their family.  If I am...well,let's just keep this between us,okay?

Hey, my family is super loud also. But there are 6 of us!! My hubby comes from a WAY smaller family so he doesn't handle the noise as well as I do. Families..gotta love 'em. Right, right?
